Subscription

$149 USD per month, plus any taxes shown at checkout, recurring until canceled. Each successfully paid billing cycle includes one pack of 12 social captions with image ideas, one promotional email, one website headline and introduction. It is separate from website redesign and maintenance.

Delivery and cancellation

Packs are prepared automatically after successful payment and saved in your portal. If a pack fails, it remains marked for retry; contact Mitch for help. Cancel future renewals through the billing portal. Access to previously delivered packs remains available. Contact Mitch about refunds, missing delivery or billing errors; no blanket refund promise is made.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details and for reviewing generated content before use. Don’t provide customer records, payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information. Do not submit unlawful requests or use content to make misleading claims. We do not guarantee sales, rankings or engagement.

Privacy

We store your sign-in identifier, email, business profile, billing identifiers and generated packs to provide this service. OpenAI processes the business profile to prepare content; Stripe handles payment details. We do not store payment card numbers. Your portal records are restricted to your signed-in account; Mitch can access service records for support. For correction, deletion or privacy questions, email Mitch@businesswebsiterefresh.com.
